Loved the location, right in the middle of a bustling, busy street. The rooms were super clean, luxurious and comfortable, with interesting features and the most amazing, comfortable beds! The staff were wonderful, friendly. We liked the historical background information about the place. Breakfasts were great that really set you up for the day and lovely evening meals for all tastes!
The Wi-Fi wasn't working efficiently at times, and the swimming pool area could have been better. , the outdoor chairs weren't very comfortable and didn't look very attractive, but that wasn't too much of an issue, as we were mostly outside the hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and was happy with the facilities provided. The small pool, well-equipped spa, sprawling lounge, business center, and library were all great additions to my stay. The Kodanad elephant training center nearby added to the peaceful and natural ambiance.
The only downside was the lack of a reliable and fast internet connection for my work.

I chose this hotel for a training session and it provided all the necessary amenities. The small pool was a nice place to relax, the spa was well-equipped, and the lounge on the first floor was spacious. The business centre and library were also convenient for my work.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room.
